Hey Parents!!

I want to share with you some awesome news going on this week! We are going to have a worship service Sunday. This Sunday is totally going to focus around worshiping the Lord and what that really means. Why should we sing songs to God, and why do people close their eyes and raise thier hands? We are going to press into God's presence and really learn what it means to adore Him with everything that we are.

We are so excited about this service so please join with us in praying and fasting for your children going into this service, that they will meet with the Lord and continue to be changed by His presence and the work of His Holy Spirit in their lives.

This week we are starting a whole new series called "Channel 3 Miracle News" it's all about the Miracles that God performs and how they apply to our lives.

Kids today don't always realize the power that lives inside of them through the Lord so this week we are talking about Joshua and the day the sun stood still. We are going to learn how we are going to face challenges in life no matter what but when we give those challenges over to God the miraculous happens!!

This week in Kidz Connection we are kicking off our first ever Missions Sunday!! This is always going to be the second Sunday of the month and we are going to focus on a different country each month to share with our kids what the life of kids in other countries is like.

We are going to play our own version of "Carmen Sandiego" and discover all kinds of awesome information about these countries, we are even going to taste some of their cultural food.

This week we are focused on the country Brazil, have your kids come in with thier yellow and green on ready to solve the mystery at hand.

Our Power Verse for this week is going to be Matthew 28:19 "Go into all the world and preach the good news"
